Great hotel probably one of the top choices for Bruges. There’s an underground carpark next door. Ok it’s not free but it’s not too expensive either ideal as the carpark exit leads right to the hotel. Good selection for breakfast and very easy access to the centre of Bruges. Would stay again.

Excellent but needed

The hotel was immaculate and the staff helpful. Only criticism I can find was the lack of storage space in our family room. No coat hooks and nowhere to place clothes. Had to leave them all in the suitcase until ready for use.

Brilliant stay. Hotel was clean light and fresh. Excellent service. Rooms were clean, small but perfect base for exploring. Hotel was in a great location and the car park is close. Breakfast is well worth it. Brilliant selection.

Nice property. Walkable to most of the attractions. Not much happening in the hotel itself. The food and drink prices are quite high. The dinning area is mostly empty. The room was big with basic amenities. Lot of eateries nearby. If you like pizza, don’t miss the pizza chain otomat. They can get you a cab to the station at 15 euros. Overall pleasant experience

Good place to stay.

We liked staying at the Novotel. It was clean, the staffs were nice & helpful and it’s very near to everything we needed to visit within Bruges.

Great location, but comfort can be improved.

Great location in the city; Large and fun reception area where you can hang out. Good breakfast! However, the rooms were too warm with the thermostats not working properly. The duvets were also too warm, and so the nights were not that comfortable. The third bed in the room is too hard and so not too comfortable too. Cleanliness in the bathrooms can be improved.
