We absolutely loved this property. First off, the staff was very friendly, and the property was immaculate. The modern design was fantastic. Wish we had more time in Waco, we would have stayed longer at Indigo Waco.

When I called the day of my reservation just to get some details she was a little rude after not answering the call for 3 minutes. My stay was pleasant the front desk was kind and welcoming. The room seemed clean but one of our rooms smelled like a pool and was super humid.

I liked everything about this hotel with the exception of one critical concern: security. The staff was fantastic, the rooms clean and the atmosphere relaxing. The property is unfenced and nobody watches the parking lot, though. There was one guy tweaking his way across the property when I parked with my family, then another guy wandering around outside with a hubcap. The hotel is one block from the Salvation Army, which probably has a lot to do with the folks outside, so plan your stay accordingly. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Front desk (Chloe) was very friendly and helpful. She definitely could have used some help, though. The room was very nice. We would have liked another blanket. And the covers were so tight on the bed, we couldn’t move our feet until we pulled it out from under the mattress. Bathroom was nice and clean and well-stocked with towels.

Enjoyable!!!

There for business - traveled to / from Marlin TX. VERY MUCH enjoyed the hot tub and the pool area in general. Relaxing. Very pleasant setup. Rooms felt nice - slightly different from just the average normal hotel rooms for similar level of hotels.
