The hotel it’s nice, clean and staff very courteous. but there’s a lot of homeless in both corners, it feels unsafe, even thought it’s walkable distance to Doctor pepper museum, Magnolia coffee shops, etc. I prefer to stay somewhere else next time, where I am not afraid to be walking around. There’s a train that woke us up around 6 am, it’s very close to the hotel you can hear it clearly, sadly!

Waco 3-day Getaway

My wife and I came to Waco on a little 3-day getaway. This hotel was great. Rooms were nice and very clean. The pool was a little on the smaller side, but the pool area was well kept. Had a great little bar in the lobby that was fun to enjoy at the end of the day. The best thing was probably its location. It is right in downtown Waco. Walking distance to Magnolia, Terry Blacks BBQ, Dr Pepper Museum, etc. There is a Salvation Army next door that has people in need visiting it and the train runs through downtown every so often, including in the middle of the night. So there is noise and what not, but nothing you wouldn’t expect being in a downtown area of a large town. We loved being so close to all the entertainment downtown. It is more of a business travel/couples hotel, but I wouldn’t have any problem staying here with my kids.

I love hotel Indigo!!

I had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The ladies that helped me were OUTSTANDING! They made me feel at home and comfortable, I have never stayed at another hotel where I felt so welcomed! 1000 out of 1000 all the way around! I will definitely stay there again! I definitely want to make sure that the two ladies that helped me, know just how much I appreciate them!

Location was good,shower was excellent, bed was comfortable. Lighting was terribly, when you enter in the door you have no upper light, coffee bar at the entrance had a small lamp on the table. That tells you no lightning. No microwave, no fitted sheet on bed and bed pillows had an unusual mess??? Has been a week since my stay, havent seen my emailed receipt. The toilets were like using a 5 gallon bucket. Omgosh raise them up folks, like sitting on the floor
