Room was very clean and comfortable space. Staff support was excellent and very friendly. Really liked the room and parking security. Would like a better line up of tv streaming choice of sports, movies, channels. Full service bar/restaurant was missed.

Room was clean, bed was nice, however, TV didn’t work. Called the front desk to ask them to fix it around 8:30 PM. They said unfortunately they didn’t know how. The bar restaurant that said it was attached was not really attached and their drinks were Poorly made, and extremely overpriced.

What stood out the most for my wife, daughter, mom and I was the amazing kindness and support that we received from Amanda at the front desk. Both my family and I have traveled all over the world and stayed in many hotels and Amanda wins the trophy for being the BEST of the best. Hyatt has a Diamond in the Rough working for them!

The place is a little run down. There are zero USB ports in the room. Getting charged for parking and breakfast. Every place we have stayed in the past offers free parking and free breakfast. Won't be staying there again.
