The lak of reception is a small problem but they were contactable immediately on the phone. the rooms were very clean and adequate for my purposes.

The room was OK. Nothing spectacular. But, I found out that I had to scan my ID only AFTER I paid for the accommodation. A clear pre-warning would have enabled me to seek accommodation elsewhere. Management had a warning to shut shower doors to stop activation of fire alarms, or face a fee from the fire brigade. Clearly a laughable and unenforceable threat, all due to poorly chosen fire alarms in the building by its owners

Clean room. No room service. Only saw 1 staff member once. It’s a self service basic hotel. Small rooms but has access to laundry facilities. Really a sleeper hotel only. But cheap!

Dealing with the check in was difficult even with phone calls. The only good thing I can say was the mattress was comfortable… was surprised and annoyed that it was a bunk bed. Shower very tiny.. I am a slight woman and wondered how larger people managed it. Would not stay there again.

Room was clean. Only one communal microwave downstairs, would encourage to open up the dining area a have more facilities ie toasters, Air Fryers more microwaves, knives and fork, with that a wash station etc, available so people can enjoy a sit down meal. Laundry was good. Would stay again
