Less than 5 minute walk to bus interchange. Close to Coles Supermarket and many cafes and restaurant options. If going to a game at the Gabba Oval, it’s right next door.

Highly recommend this place if you have no car to worry about or if you are willing to pay the $35 a day parking fee. Premises is very modern and clean. Reception area was a bit of a miss and didn't realise it was the reception desk when first arrived. Ceiling light was flicking in the room but these are only minor issues.

Our stay was good but we were charged twice for aour room. One through hotels and when we left the hotel we were charged again. We were issued no invoice for the second charge and had I not picked it up on our credit card statement we would be out of pocket. Interestingly it was a larger amount. I had to email and call the property twice before I received my refund.

The hotel room was like new and spacious. The only fault was it was advertised as having parking available, but we didn’t find out until arrival, that it had very limited parking, and so were not able to park at the hotel. There are also only two places to park temporarily when checking in, and it is off of a busy street with no on street parking nearby, so that made it difficult to check in as well, as the two temporary parks were already in use. If not for the parking issues, would have rated a 5/5.

Absolutely the single worst hotel experience I have ever had. Check in was slow with only one person serving at peak checking time. Rooms were not available at scheduled time. Key card was coded 3 different times, all requiring a trip up to the door and a trip down when it didn’t work. 4th time a manager followed us up and he couldn’t open the door either. Had to be moved to another room, which was a downgrade. Two night coming back to our rooms the key never worked and needed programming again. Noise in the room was horrendous. Finally found way to turn off kitchen exhaust which was not n for some reason. And AC left was still very noisy. Shower drain plug was missing leaving jagged steel edges exposed to our feet. Simply awful.
