Designated secure parking and a short walk to all South Brisbane has to offer. - King size bed with smart-frame tv and views to the city. Centralised ducted aircon throughout and main bedroom includes a ceiling fan. - Small study with lounge chair and table, chair can be made into single sofa bed on request. - Open plan living area with lounge and full size kitchen, leads onto balcony with views to Suncorp, the river, central Brisbane and Southbank. - Bathroom includes walk-in shower and laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities. - Equipment provided includes beach trolley, a picnic blanket and cooler bag, first aid kit and hairdryer. - Complex includes a rooftop pool, large pool with lap lanes, rooftop heated spa, gym, bbq areas, media room and sauna.
