The parking was difficult to find & get into and expensive, other carparks nearby are $20 on weekends, I would have used different option if i had known beforehand. There was no room service and the room had no microwave, there was a coffee pod machine but no milk frothing machine so can’t make coffee with warm milk. The spa had no water, sauna wasn’t hot & steam room not working as door didn’t close properly so couldn’t use facilities i had planned to whilst staying there. Over priced given not able to use facilities & poor room amenities. I wish i stayed somewhere else like Star casino hotel as they have same price range but with more inclusions.

Only there for a few hours and needed sleep so admit to being grumpy. Reception not being staffed, not responding to buzzing or mobile calls so left to stand in the cold for 20 minutes at 1am was distressing.
