Beautiful apartment with all needed amenities- washer/dryer too. Loved the outdoor seating and the rooftop recreation area w heated pool/hot tub. Easy access to train station for activities in CBD. Nice to have parking available too. Highly recommended! (Note use of elevator requires digital key on interior panel.)

Digital key complicated

Check in and check out very complicated with the digital key. Very dusty, especially in the wardrobes, clothes got covers in dust being put on the shelves. Cheap and damaged kitchen pans. Only 3 glasses and 3 cups. Beautiful pool and decent gym. Was okay for the price per night

The property was excellent with its large space and rooftop pool. However, the check-in process and digital key system was very frustrating!! The property did fix the issues I was having, but I was locked out of the building and the apartment several times and spent hours trying to resolve it. I actually had to assist a couple who had been trapped on the rooftop for hours overnight because they couldn’t get their digital key to work the elevator to get back to their room. Except for this, I would have given the property a 5 star rating.

Loved staying here. The beds were comfy, the rooms really clean and spacious, and the showers were great! It had everything you needed, including a washing machine and dryer, which i needed to use a number of times and had no issues. The only thing i found a little annoying, was the app on the phone used as a key system. Sometimes it took a few minutes to register in the lift and to open the room door, as it didn't register properly... it would eventually work, however, if you really needed to go to the toilet, you could be in trouble!

I stayed at The Rambla at Perry House in Brisbane and was thoroughly impressed. The two-bedroom apartment was spotless—everything felt incredibly clean and well-maintained. It came equipped with all the essential cooking amenities, making it perfect for a comfortable short or extended stay. The building features a beautiful rooftop pool, which was a highlight—clean, relaxing, and offering great city views. What really stood out was the convenience of digital access; from the elevator to the apartment and even the pool area, everything was easily accessible through a secure cell phone key. My stay was cut short due to cyclone Alfred but once I got there I was very comfortable. The apartment was exceptionally clean. There was even cream in the fridge for my morning coffee! Much appreciated

At first it seemed really nice and clean. But with a baby crawling around I just wanted to make sure it was clean. The area rug has obviously only been vacuumed cause it was so dirty. So i rolled it up and it was dirty under the rug so i used a cloth to clean it up cause they dont keave you a mop and it was black! It was so dirty!! You could see the difference in the floor from where i wiped it. Yuck. The bathroom had mold in it and wasnt clean at all. They really dont have much to cook with if your wanting to cook for your self. And they certainly dont supply anything extra. I emailed them about the dirty floor and they said theyd send someone to clean but never did. Super disappointed.

The room was fantastic, the amenities were great and the pool was nice, but it was hard to hear each other talk in the room because of all the outside noise. The view was horrible and people were not that friendly in the area. The pool area was dirt and not well maintained, even though it looked newer.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Rambla for the week. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious enough for us and had fabulous views. We particularly loved the pool and spa, having access to the bbq and being able to see the soccer pitch across the road. It’s a great location, close to the city and New Farm which is gorgeous. We had a bit of difficulty getting used to the digital key but got the hang of it. We opted for the apartment to be unserviced, but were graciously looked after by the staff when we asked for a few extra items. Merlo coffee & kitchen being around the corner was a bonus, I definitely reccomend them for grabbing a takeaway coffee and brekky (we didn’t dine in because of our grumpy toddler).
