Set amongst a beautiful sub-tropical garden that spans the three tiered levels, the views are a fantastic backdrop to what is a stunning contemporary beach house. In fact, everytime you turn around another view catches your eye, sometimes unrestricted, other times viewed through the sub-tropical gardens, palms and ferns.

Bottom level, above the covered off-street parking, is perfect for the kids and is just far enough away that they can be seen but not heard :). The middle level features the open plan kitchen/dining/living as well as the master bedroom with ensuite and bedroom with two singles.
