All building facilities are available to our guests including pool, sauna, and well-equipped gym.

While the apartment doesn’t include a designated parking spot, there are several convenient paid options nearby. Reach out to us before your stay and we’ll happily point you in the right direction

Other things to note:
Please note that this apartment does not have a dedicated mailbox, we therefore advise guests that it is best to make alternative arrangements for mail and parcel delivery during your stay.

For longer stays, please note that we provide a start-up supply of consumable items (shampoo, Conditioner, dishwashing liquid, etc.). When these items run out, you'll need to purchase further supplies for the remainder of your stay.

House Rules:
1. No smoking (vaping, E-Cigarette, Hookah) in the home, violation of this rule will result in a $1000 fee to de-smoke the home.
2. Unless authorized in advance, check-in is anytime after 3 pm, and check-out is 10 am. If you'd like an early check-in and/or late check-out at noon (charges may apply), please let us know 24hrs in advance so we can check availability for you.
3. We require a $500 REFUNDABLE security deposit after your check out unless there's damaged or any missing items.
