Shockingly bad!

Absolutely shocking! Don’t stay here it’s a scam. They wait for you to pay, then after you have paid they tell you about all of the issues with the hotel. Whilst we were there it had no hot water and was dirty. They then informed us that they couldn’t provide a refund. They also initially said parking was free then tried to charge £10 per night. We had to stay somewhere else and are still chasing up a refund

The hotel is tired and dated. The decor is old fashioned and there are parts of the hotel that are in need of updating or repair, especially the area near the ski locker room. There is a lack of atmosphere in the hotel, which is a shame as it could be a great place. It is in a great location for the ski lift, and the rooms were comfortable and showers were good.

Déçu par cet hôtel qui a perdu son charme d'antan

Nous avons été très déçus par cet hôtel racheté récemment par le groupe B&B Home. Nous y avions séjourné il y a quelques années lorsqu’il faisait encore partie du groupe Mercure et c’était bien différent ! Nous avons constaté un vieillissement important des infrastructures, surtout au niveau des parties communes, couloirs et ascenseurs en particulier, qui auraient besoin d’une sérieuse rénovation. Par ailleurs l’entretien n’est pas au niveau non plus avec des chambres mal nettoyées, surtout les salles de bain et toilettes, et le service de recouche que nous avons dû réclamer au bout de 4 jours (il est prévu en principe tous les 3 jours pour raison d’éco-responsabilité). Le local à ski n’est pas nettoyé non plus et beaucoup de déchets laissés par des résidents indélicats sont restés là toute la semaine. Le petit-déjeuner est plutôt de bonne qualité même si un peu de variations au fil des jours auraient été le bienvenu. La carte du restaurant du soir ne nous a pas inspirée et nous avons pris nos repas dans les nombreux restaurants de Brides. Le petit spa a été fermé aussi mais un accès au spa des Thermes a été négocié (attention toutefois à prendre peignoir et serviette pour éviter une surfacturation). Nous n’avons pas utilisé le parking de l’hôtel car il est possible de se garer dans un parking intérieur gratuit juste à côté. Dans l’ensemble le personnel est plutôt prévenant et sympathique même si certaines personnes à l’accueil ne sont pas toujours bien informées.

Initiallement, nous avions choisi cet hotel pour les Thermes aprés le ski. Quelle déception quand nous sommes arrivés à l'hotel et qu'ils nous ont dit qu'elles étaient fermées !!! et que la piscine aussi ... pour choix écologique !!!. Lorsque le soir nous avons retrouvé notre chambre pas faite et plus de café, l'hotel nous a encore indiqué que c'était par choix écologique ....!!! Jamais ils ne nous en ont parlé à l'enregistrement !. Par ailleurs, on aurait aimé entendre un "bonjour" le matin ou un "joyeux noel !".... rien de tout çà... archi décevant
