Located in Seaton, this cottage is by the sea, within a 15-minute walk of Branscombe Beach and Branscombe Forge.
Well positioned cottage.
Cottage was charming and as described and perfect for what we needed. Owner had left a Christmas tree out so that was appreciated. Parking space a little tight (we had a Small van) - but no problems parking elsewhere. A friendly criticism - 9am (Covid restrictions or not) is not a reasonable time ...

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome by all of the staff. A huge thanks to Connar who couldnt do enough for us. Gorgeous place to stay. Spacious room ( room25). Food was delicious and good sized portions. Great place to stay and 15 min walk to the beach.
