Very high quality room. And super courteous staff all atound. I stayed in room 202

It wasnt found nor an option fr cancellations. The number given were not acessible i think its fake dont book my money got wasted.

Courteous well mannered staff

Tseing was very responsive and helped us celebrate my parent’s anniversary. The view from the hotel was amazing. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet had good vegetarian options.

Wonderful Tibetan hotel, a treasure in so many ways. Lovely people, lovely place and a lovely location. Minutes to the Dalai Lama Temple, the Kora circuit and the markets. The place itself is beautiful and a paradise away from the hub bub of taxi stalls, markets and the energy of the city. The Hummingbird Cafe was delicious! We ate Tibetan foods everyday and loved each meal. We bought a beautiful artisan Tibetan picture frame from their mini store in the cafe. All proceeds go toward the Tibetan cultural and educational programs. Bravo Norbulingkha Institute, thank you. We adored our stay.
