Awesome location and awesome hospitality by highly courteous staff at every point !!! Thoroughly enjoyed my 3 night stay

Govind was the best person they have. He made our stay more comfortable.

The hotel did not switch on generator for about 3 to 4 hours at night when regular electric supply was disrupted. On complaining ,the staff said that as customers did not request for generator supply, they did not switch it on. Their position was that now since you asked for it, we shall switch the generator on whereas it should have been a matter of routine in the event of power disruption. Secondly, regardless of discomfort & disturbance to guests, continous hammering was resorted to at night from 2230 hours onwards for about an hour or so. It is not understood why construction work has to be done at that time. Thirdly, the hotel should employ a trained South Indian cuisine cook--- the breakfast served of dosa , tomato & coconut chutneys & sambar was pathetic & totally substandard.

Highly recommend this hotel and will stay again when I’m back in town. Thanks to all the staff 🙏

Good location in McLeod. Spacious room, hot water worked well & although the room was very cold at night, they provided a heater for approx. £3 per night. Good value for money overall!
