You can rest easy in this fully legal rental--we are registered with both the city of Bozeman (Registration #17593) and the state of Montana. With us your travel plans are 100% secure.

The space

New home with the highest-quality details – hardwood floors, integrated sound system, perennial flower gardens, Carrera marble, high-quality linens, deck and patio with Weber gas grill, all on a quiet, tree-lined street. The gold LEED certification comes with features like solar hot water, HEPA-filtered ventilation system, foot-thick insulated walls that keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. Its close proximity to Main Street, Montana State University, and great trails (just across the street) make it one of the best places you could land in Bozeman!

Traveling with young kids or babies? This is the place! we have a Pak-n-Play, two strollers, an IKEA high chair, a baby seat with eating tray, and a large storage bin full of toys, all available for your use. There are also board games in the front den.

Please note: one of the bedrooms is a regular bedroom with a queen bed. The other sleeping area is a den with two single beds in it. So although this second space is a private area, it is not a room with a door.

Guest access

You will be the only people in the house. You will have access to the main floor, the downstairs, and the garden. The upstairs is unoccupied and locked off. Your space is about 2000 square feet.
