"The staff wer exceptional, the room and jacuzzi wer perfection and breakfast was great too! My only complaint would be there was no smoking allowed on the bar terrace, they had fires in the table and amazing cocktails but not a smoking area, I'd have spent £100s and hours on that terrace but instead ..."

"Great Dame very beautiful setting in the heart of Windermere. Easy walking distance into town. Our room was small but beautiful and comfy. The bathroom was modern and clean. Only one downside was the breakfast it was really not great. Service was excellent though."
