The facility and breakfast were great. Rooms need more light/light fixtures. The bathroom lighting is very dark. Above all, I am extremely annoyed with the $30 additional deposit I was required to place after paying for the room online. The desk clerk told me the charge would not be reversed for 2 -3 biz days (since this was the weekend, that could be up to 5 days). This is an intrusion and unnecessary practice. I understand holding a card for incidentals (not sure what incidentals were even a possibilty!) , but placing a charge for $30 and not reversing it for days is extremely poor customer service.

We arrived to check in about 11pm and Skye was great! She was welcoming, professional and so nice! Our room was clean and the bed and pillows were SO comfy! 😊 Breakfast had lots of variety and their coffee is hot and delicious! Amy checked us out and she was a great send off. Highly recommend staying here!

The breakfast was awful. The front desk staff were HORRIBLE. There was a great coffee maker but no creamer available. You couldn't find anyone to get any creamer. I asked the front desk staff if this was a pet friendly hotel because I heard a dog barking in the middle of the night. Her answer was, "Yep." That was it. No, "Oh I'm so sorry that happened." or anything. Even if she wasn't sorry, she could have acknowledged how much of a pain it is to be woken up by barking dogs. Had I known pets were allowed, I would not have stayed here because that's just gross. The front desk staff on every shift just sat around.
