Great location close to Denver and Boulder (about 20-30 minutes away) and the mountains areas are easily accessible via I25.

An enjoyable time can be had by all at the home making use of the fenced yard landscaped with numerous seating areas. You'll enjoy the back deck with dining table as well as 'the secret garden' with plenty of chairs. There is an additional seating area next to the house with more chairs to enjoy the evenings. The backyard also features a large connect 4, badminton area, and Cornhole. Play catch or have a tea party in the aspens, or play cornhole with friends. When it’s time for the evening to wind down relax in the hot tub.

The house has High Speed Business Wifi. There is also a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Bosch gas cooktop, Bosch dishwasher, stainless appliances and fully equipped with everything you need to cook and bake.

The family room has a TV and large sectional sofa. The open floorplan then features the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel applianeces and fully equipped with all of the items you might need to cook or bake. There is a coffee/tea bar with Keurig K-Duo Plus coffee maker allowing you to make a cup or use the thermal carafe to make a pot of coffee. A Nepresso Vertuo and electric kettle are also provided. Exit the kitchen to the sunny deck overlooking the lush yard great for lounging, enjoying meals and relaxing.

The master bedroom has a Stearns & Foster Luxury Cal King bed with Adjustable Base and comfy bedding for a great night's sleep along with a 65" TV, ceiling fan and an attached master bathroom with shower and large soaking tub.

The 2nd Bedroom features a Queen size bed, ceiling fan and 42" TV. The 3rd bedroom has a Full over Full size bunk bed and a desk with chair. In the 3rd bedroom closet you can find a vast dvd selection as well as puzzles, games, toys, a train set, lincoln logs, picasso tiles, books, duplo legos, a pack n play, booster seat that can be fastened to any chair for use as a highchair, baby bath tub and much more to make your family as comfortable as possible.

Erie has a quaint downtown area just a short drive from the house with great restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, shopping and different events happening throughout the year. If you are an avid biker or runner, there are many nearby trails as well as single track downhill bike trails nearby. Also find nearby Thomas Reservoir for a stroll or fishing, Colorado National Golf Course, Outlet Mall shopping and more.

On calmer mornings during warmer months, you can often spot hot air balloons in the sky. They launch near Erie as it is the Front Range’s most popular hot air balloon adventure destination.
