Dear Customer Service Team,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a reservation I made through Expedia for July 10, 2024, at the Extended Stay America property.
My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The assistant manager was unprofessional and rude, and to make matters worse, she denied me access to the room I had reserved. Fortunately, I was able to find accommodations next door at the Hyatt, where I stayed instead.
After this incident, I called Extended Stay America customer service around 3:00 PM in an attempt to cancel the reservation. However, I was advised to contact Expedia directly. When I tried to do so, I discovered that Expedia’s customer service hours are limited to Monday through Friday, and I was unable to resolve the issue at that time.
I would like this matter reviewed and request a refund for the reservation that was denied to me under unacceptable circumstances. I trust you will take this matter seriously and look into the conduct of the hotel staff as well.
