Sa terrasse très joliment aménagée, ou court une végétation, permet de faire des pauses très appréciées. Le salon/salle à manger offre canapé, fauteuils et une grande table pour les repas. Ses 2 chambres situées à l'arrière de la rue sont extrêmement calmes. Chacune d'elles dispose d'une salle d'eau avec lavabo et douche. Couchage supplémentaire pour 2 personnes dans canapé convertible ( matelas en 120 cms de large).
Les toilettes sont indépendants et dispose d'un WC et d'un lavabo.
