It was mediocre at best. They really need to step up their cleaning. Bugs on the ceiling, baseboards covered with gross dust. The balcony was filithy and you looked into a unpleasant courtyard/pitt. The room size was great. Bonus was that it was close to the tram.

For an aparthotel, the room facilities were too basic. The kitchen facilities in the room were not sufficient. There were ample plates and cutlery, but no room to cook or to place the toaster and kettle supplied. So cooking was very difficult indeed. Unfortunately, the nearest restaurant was a 20 minute walk away. They only service the room each week, which is not unusual for an aparthotel, but the also didn’t supply any broom or other cleaning equipment. This is an okay place to stay, as it is only 30 minutes walk from the city centre and is served by a tram stop very nearby. But you will be staying in an unserviced hotel room.

This nice and modern aparthotel is well maintained and its location is very convenient as there is a tram station just half a block away. You can be in Bordeaux’s historic center in less than 20 minutes and if you’re traveling to the next destination by train, the train station (Saint-Jeanne) is just half an hour away at just 3.3 Euros per person. I highly recommend this hotel. I would book again. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so I can’t comment about that. The staff is friendly and they explain well to you what you can do in town.

Unfortunately the hotel was dirty and it was condition if we want the rooms to be clean we need to pay extra because they only do it after the check out. Then the toilet smell like urine due to the lack of cleaning, the drain from the shower was dirty and smelly as well. We needed to left the windows and door open during the day so the smell doesn’t concentrate, with the down side of the moskitos getting inside the bedroom. The hotel wasn’t cheap either just in case but either a 5 * one.

Free parking outside, helpful check in staff member. It was not easy to find the accom initially as sat nav was taking us to a slightly different spot. There is a small sign higher up with the apartment name on, but it's not an obvious entrance so need to look out for this - esp at night. Overall was a nice enough small apartment.
