Gite Franc Tillède - ARVEYRES

Located in the heart of the vineyards, the Gîte Franc Tillède has been converted into a former winery to offer you all the modern comforts necessary for a peaceful stay. Its privileged location in the middle of the vineyards and close to a hiking trail will be ideal for many walks or bike rides. The gîte consists on its ground floor of a living room with kitchen, dining area and lounge (double sofa bed 140), a bedroom equipped with a 160/200 bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs is a second attic bedroom equipped with two single beds. The gîte is adjoining the owner's home. It has a terrace and private parking on a fully enclosed plot of approximately 150 m². The technical room is outside with washing machine and dryer and opens onto the terrace. Gîte located on the edge of a municipal road (little traffic). Electric heating and reversible air conditioning (only in the living room). Wi-Fi internet access. Sheets (€10/bed), towels (€7/person) and end-of-stay cleaning are available (€75 per week). Pets are welcome under certain conditions, to be discussed with the owner. A deposit of €100 per pet is required. Tourist tax is an additional charge.
