THE ACCOMMODATION

Bright and comfortable 75 m² flat with air conditioning located in the heart of the famous Golden Triangle of Bordeaux.
The bright and spacious living room will welcome you for convivial moments, during which you can enjoy a patio and a bright balcony.

The fully equipped kitchen, with a large countertop, will allow you to cook just like at home, with all the necessary equipment. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.

A bathroom with shower and double basin and 2 bedrooms make up the sleeping area of the flat.
The first bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm) and the second one has two single beds (90 cm).

You will be staying in the historical heart of Bordeaux, and will be able to take advantage of all the good addresses and places of interest in the immediate vicinity of the flat.

There is a noise detector "Minut" on site.


DEPOSIT

A €500 bank deposit will be required as part of the rental. It is mandatory and must be paid before your arrival in the flat.
The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limits. You will only have to pay a service charge of €6.24.

GETTING AROUND

From Mérignac Airport:

Take tram line C or D from Gare St Jean to Quinconces and walk 7 minutes.

To park your car, street parking is free only from 7 pm to 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays.
The flat does not have a car park, the public parking "Grands Hommes" is located 500 meters from the flat.
