The place is absolutely beautiful the beach view the bar on the water the staff the beautiful pool access to the spa everything is as gorgeous

There were not a lot of units but 3 pools. Never had to fight or get up early to get a chair. We could always find shade on our large balcony that looked out over the ocean. The reef was unbelizeable ! Swam with sharks, manatee, stingray, and turtles. Also tubed the caves which was incredibly beautiful and relaxing. All around great trip!

The whole house and property were great including the pool. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The location was great. The upstairs deck was fantastic. The bedrooms were as advertised. The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved having access to the pier. The games in the sand were a nice touch. The host arranged for our golf carts to be there upon arrival. The host also provided us with a contact for fishing and snorkelling. Overall it was a great experience. The only think that would have made it better would be no sargassum but that had nothing to do with the host or the property.

My mom and I just got back from staying at the Bay Towers and we loved it so much!! It was everything we wanted and more. The location is perfect, the staff members were so kind and helpful, and the property is breathtaking. Definitely will be back with more family and friends in the future! 100% recommend staying here!!

Beautiful hotel

The pool was incredible! Only problem was all the mosquitos, but it’s the tropics so… Hard to enjoy outdoors around the pool and on the deck. Property is private, quiet. House is as listed minus a few minor issues. I would have appreciated more cooking items. We were a group of 11, so we needed most meals to be at the house. And more than one towel per person would have been nice. But overall a great week! Cora is wonderful and made the experience even better!
