Really nice, comfortable rooms, updated and appreciated the drinking water provided. We enjoyed swimming off the dock and taking the bikes down to the general store. Enjoyed the quiet of the North Island

This was a ultra modern resort with excellent rooms and staff. Beautiful resort. In room laundry and multiple salt water pools. The restaurants were good but not great and the on site store was convenient but not well stocked. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They had a terrible sargassum problem that rendered the sea front useless and the pools were cold

It is a new hotel and could be a very nice hotel but there are things that still need to be done before anybody would want to stay there. We stayed in a room with no phone and no clock no view and windows that couldn’t even open.. There’s nothing to do. They do offer a free ferry to get to the other side of the island where things are happening. They have no bike rental no ability to set up tours. The local Bliss beach is closed from Monday through Thursday. It is a beachfront property that is covered in sarcasm so you can’t use the beach anyway. they have a nice pool. It is as if they opened too soon they have condos. They are called the blue Zen which does you know good at the hotel the condos have a fitness center, kayaks, other activities, but the hotel has nothing. If you like room service, there is none. If you’d like to watch anything on Netflix or prime good luck. They have a small restaurant out on the dock we had two breakfast there one was OK and one was good. Even if you get a good deal on Expedia, I would wait till this hotel has better amenities before I would look at ever staying there again. No fault to the staff. They were awesome. They were communicating with me on WhatsApp because we didn’t have any kind of phone system to communicate on. They have a beach towel that you can use while you’re there that was nice. in all reality if I come back to the island, I will stay on the southside.

We booked this property expecting an “entire home,” but the layout and access were very different from what we anticipated from the listing. The rental is actually the upper level of a multi-level structure, and the main entrance requires walking along a narrow side pathway and climbing exterior stairs to reach the living area. This made the property very difficult to access and did not work for a member of our group with mobility limitations.Future guests should also be aware that the lower level of the building is a separate apartment that may be rented to other guests at the same time. Because of this setup, the property does not feel like a standalone private home, and there may be other people staying in the same structure during your stay.Because of the access and layout issues, we were unable to stay for our planned trip and had to leave earlier than expected. We were very disappointed that these details were not clearly disclosed in the listing, as they significantly affected our ability to use the property as planned.Guests expecting a fully private house or easy access should review the setup very carefully before booking.The neighbors who live next door with the bar also manage the property and are lovely. We enjoyed them!

Ed rock. Iris rocks. Beautiful home, great pool, awesome views. Super clean and super friendly. We’ll definitely be back. If you hire someone to cook, Chef Sarita is amazing. Top 5 meal of all-time. Cheers!
