The apartment for 3 people was very spacious. We didn’t use the kitchenette or washing machine because we only stayed for one night, but they would have been great for a longer stay. And the building is the most unique place I’ve ever stayed in, with an amazing rooftop view of Bolzano and the mountains.

Unexpected surprises !!!!

This hotel was such a wonderful surprise !!! I had booked it solely based on being city center. It was such a unique experience. Hotel is made up of 4 houses build in the 1300's with beautiful original details. Loved it. !!!

Really nice place. Breakfast was wonderful - varied and plentiful. If you have mobility issues with stairs then find somewhere else - otherwise, the almost Esher like configuration of the hotel is a lot of fun and there is an amazing view from the roof, which can only be accessed via very steep stairs.

Lovely stay somewhere very unique

We stayed at the Goldenstern Townhouse for 4 nights. Loved the uniqueness of this hotel, location and friendly staff. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. Bed was very comfy - only little gripe we had was you could hear the room above ours ‘walking their donkey’. It was very annoying for the first few days but we got used to it after that. Would definitely stay there again!

Easy walk from the train, easy walk to everything we wanted to see. Complimentary Prosecco around the block. Rooms were extremely comfortable and updated. Building itself is historic and beautiful. Rooftop patio with 360 views of mountains and duomo for an evening glass of wine was a highlight. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

L’appartamento era ampio, luminoso e pulito. Provvisto di frigorifero, piano ad induzione e un paio tra pentole e padelle (sì bicchieri e posate no piatti). Mi é dispiaciuto per l’affaccio in una corte interna dove affacciavano altri appartamenti molto vicini. Tuttavia per essere una vacanza ci si adatta. Ottima attenzione verso i cani (ti forniscono ciotole per acqua e cibo) ma il supplemento troppo elevato. Inoltre non eravamo stati informati che l’appartamento non fosse nella struttura principale alla prenotazione. Il personale comunque molto cordiale e disponibile ci ha condotto e aiutati nel trasporto bagagli. Il prezzo é elevato nonostante il periodo di soggiorno e la posizione centrale (vicinissima ai mercatini, alla stazione e centrale per diversi trasferimenti). Bolzano merita e sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Vackert hotell, stilfullt inrymt i tre sammanlänkade smala byggnader mitt i den medeltida stadskärnan. Fin design, vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Restaurangen var en besvikelse, det finns säkert bättre i närheten.

Incrível. Um hotel boutique no coração da cidade histórica de Bozen e pode-se fazer tudo a pé. É tipo um casarão restaurado e modernizado. Um charme só, mas não indico para pessoas com mobilidade limitada, pois tem muitas escadas. Tem um estacionamento público subterrâneo a 400m. O quarto é grande, limpíssimo e confortável. Café excelente, wifi bom, cama ótima, chuveiro bom, atendimento impecável. Ponto negativo: a porta do bwc é tipo box, de vidro e sem vedação. Veredicto: Caro, mas entrega.

Fantastic and authentic hotel located centrally

We spent 4 nights at this very charming hotel in the middle of Bolzano. The interior of the hotel was very tasteful and special. Super breakfast. Very serviceminded and smiling staff. Large light rooms. The hotel was at the same time very modern and authentic in the old building with a lot of hidden leasure areas. Our very best recommendations.
