The room was clean, as I've experienced before at various Hilton Garden Inns. The man at the front desk, Gray, was amazing. He was clearly born to work in hospitality. I hope you consider his career, and bend over backwards to keep him at Hilton.

The jacuzzi was nice and clean but the pool was not in service. The staff was competent the room was relatively clean but the beds are as hard as sleeping on concrete. Also, the mini fridge was not satisfactorily cold.
