It was great service, nice installations unlike the NH in Cartagena on the Plaza del Reloj in the old city. The one in Cartagena was quite disappointing as I have always had great experience with every NH hotel I have stayed in throughout the world.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and the staff is helpful. During the day we stayed with family, therefore we didn‘t explore the surroundings much. The hotel is connected to a shopping center which is convenient.The shopping center carries mostly small, local businesses (no big brands). We would stay at the hotel again!

I stay at this hotel every time I’m in Bogota, which is at least four times a year. It is such a fantastic hotel, never disappointing. Pedro and Ana at the restaurant are just amazing. And the people at the front desk are always so welcoming. They do not change staff often so you can develop a relationship with all of them. I would recommend this hotel to anyone every time that they visit Bogota. The ability to have a mall that is attached to the hotel is fantastic. Also, they have the pedestrian areas that you can walk to restaurants safely, not having to worry about anything even later at night They also have stands of local artisans in the pedestrian areas where you can buy beautiful items to support the local artisans.

El hotel es uno de lujo, la habitación, el balcón, el área del comedor en fin todas las facilidades del hotel son precioso. Durante la estadía el personal te trata super bien. Quede enamorada de Bogotá y de la forma como las personas te tratan. El hotel está bien ubicado, todo está céntrico, el shopping, los restaurantes y lugares para beber.
