Terrific hotel, 30 minute taxi ride or Uber to see the main attractions in the city such as Candelaria/etc. Very handy to the airport. Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful facility all around. The rooms are well appointed and spacious, inviting. The fitness facility is very nice and the pool is lovely. The hot tubs are not super hot, but everything at this hotel was very pleasant overall.

I stayed 3 nights here during a trip to Bogota. This is a very nice upscale hotel. Dining was excellent with a Sunday brunch with live music on the patio. The bar has a cozy section that was quite intimate and comfortable. Staff was amazing.

This property used to be great, but this time it's a complete mess. I checked in over an hour ago and have already been to three different rooms—each one had a broken AC.
