The reception, restaurant and room cleaning staff are very friendly. The number of bellboys has decreased, so when I got off the airport bus, they couldn't help me carry my luggage to the reception. However, only John helped me.

A traditional hotel in Bogota. It is not new, but it is well-cleaned. However, I stayed here for 7 nights and only one of the two elevators was working, so I had to wait a long time to get on the elevator at breakfast time.

The staff was very friendly and even though I didn’t speak Spanish every one there would go out of their way to accommodate my needs the breakfast buffet was excellent I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay there.
