This is out 2nd time at this property due to its convenience to the Milano airport. Each time the room was very warm even with ac on and it was first week of June. Finally realized air was coming out of ac unit but it was not cool. They don't turn on ac until a later date.

What a pleasant way to end our tour with @meetpiemonte and what a lovely hotel so close to the airport. From being picked up at the airport to the delicious pizza and aperol spritzes, no complaints. Room was on smaller side but not too small. This is a beautiful hotel and great option for both pre and post flight.

Hotel Villa Malpensa is the ideal blend of convenience and comfort just minutes from Malpensa Airport—yet it’s far from a typical airport hotel. In fact, the villa predates the airport by decades, offering a charming countryside retreat long before the roar of airplanes filled the skies. The welcoming staff ensures a smooth arrival and departure, while the well-appointed rooms—featuring plush bedding, blackout curtains, and reliable Wi-Fi—feel cozy and serene despite nearby runways.

The exterior of the hotel is attractive and the publicrooms on the lower floor are charming. The bedrooms are small and Spartan. The hotel advertises that the rooms are air conditioned. They are not. The first thing we did was to try to turn on the air conditioning and front desk informed us that the air-conditioning was not available because it had recently been cold. However, the day we arrived was warm and the room was stuffy and hot. They finally agreed to turn on the air conditioning, however all the unit did was blow air. The temperature never varied. I set the temperature for 18 which was as low as it would go but the temperature stayed consistently at 24. The price of the hotel was reasonable and the shuttle bus to and from the airport was convenient. However, the shuttle is not free. It is euro3.50 per person each way. This is very reasonable compared to the price of a taxi which we took from the airport For €20.

Great location but don't plan on sleeping well

Great location, with an easy 2 minute shuttle to MXP. The hotel restaurant was good. That's where the good stops. It's a very dark and dungy hotel, especially when accessing guest rooms. They leave shutters closed which lets no natural light in. A hotel, first and foremost, should be rated on your ability to get a decent night's sleep. Total fail with intermittent air conditioning (many other guests were affected), terrible pillows and a very hard mattresses. Getting one hour of sleep prior to a long journey home wasn't something that we signed up, particularly from a 4-star hotel. Extremely disappointed.

We were so pleased with your hotel! After a long ride from Milan, it was great to see your beautiful facility. This is definitely not your typical airport hotel. The grounds were gorgeous and we enjoyed sitting outside after a long day. The young woman who was in charge of the front desk was so nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I later mentioned to my son that I wish all people who deal in guest relations could be like her. The room was very clean and comfortable. My only negative on that is the shower is very slippery and I had to stand on a towel while showering to make sure I didn't wipe out. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely property! Nice rooms with appropriate amenities and very comfortable bed. The restaurant experience for dinner was a significant disappointment. My tuna meal was almost inedible because it wasn’t prepared properly and then sat too long before table delivery. Others in my party were disappointed as well. Breakfast was good, however, and well worth it for busy travelers.

A very nice and extremely convenient place to stay before flying back home to Canada. The airport is a 4-minute drive from the hotel so it was nice to be able to drop off our rental the same day as heading home. The hotel is beautiful, quiet and peaceful despite being so close to the airport.
