Book Bloomington Springs hotels

The staff when I checked in was so very friendly, and when I checked out ( Jessica) I think was her name, was also friendly. Breakfast staff was very helpful and so friendly. Great customer service. It’s a beautiful hotel and it’s well run. You have a great staff. We enjoyed the stay so much and we will definitely do it again.

Nice room

The room was clean , the housekeeper was great, got new towels and cleaned up every day. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous. Really for the money it was way better place than i deserved. No odors. It is not quite a 3 star hotel . However for a 2 star hotel i give it 5 stars. If it claims to be a 3 star place id only give it 3 stars. Maintenence would have to be better and a hot breakfast with eggs sausage and fruit would have to be there.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean. Good breakfast. We had a wonderful stay.

Clean nicely decorated rooms. Great variety for breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Room 116 was noisy due to staff laughing loud and shutting heavy door loudly late into the night. We were across from the laundry area. My only complaint.

Room was nice. It had a feeling of home. The layout made it feel spacious and convenient. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. They were always friendly, and took the time to treat us like we were welcomed to be here and that made all the difference.
