Everyone knows Aussies are pretty laid back, so consider kicking back a little longer and checking out the Museum of War History and Midwolda Reformed Church in Noordbroek, 13 kilometres to the west of Blauwestad. Sitting 35 kilometres from Blauwestad is Groningen, a regional centre with a population of 180,000.
