The room was ok for a night just a little small

The hotel was nice but it is not 5 star , or even close. The hotel was understaffed, and the staff communicated it when requesting services. I don’t expect that when spending $700 to $800 a night. There was no concierge, no one to order taxis, no place to get early coffee, no room service to the Villas, transport to the villas only when they could find someone. It is close to being nice but doesn’t have the level of service that I would expect of a 4 star, let alone a place that says it is 5 star.

Lovely stay and great location

All aspects were great

Well located, many beaches and restaurants near by. However, located on the Nepean Highway where audible fast moving traffic and cars filling at the petrol station next door starts at 4am and slows down around midnight. Family rooms face the road. Traffic noise is particularly loud in room 8 on the ground floor. Mia very kindly and empathetically moved us to another quieter room making it possible to sleep after the first night. But this was after some persistence at the front reception who first offered ear plugs, then asked 'what were we hoping for as a solution' to the loud traffic noise.

Big Rooms and a nice Bed Internet very slow
