A wonderful lower level one bedroom one bath condo that is centrally located at Jacobs Landing. Jacobs Landing is a popular location for family and friend get-a ways. The location is perfect for walking to eateries, pubs, festivals and other fun in Birch Bay. Located across the street from the beach you can walk the tide flats and dig for clams or find sand dollars. At night catch one of the most amazing sunsets, yes, people still stop to watch the sunset here. Then build a small beach fire for roast marshmallows.

The condo itself is a well maintained property. Centrally located at Jacobs Landing it is close to the clubhouse and close to the beach. There is a Queen size bed in the bedroom with a 3 inch gel topper and a smart TV. The living room has a comfy sofa which does not make out into a bed but a young adult or child could sleep there easily. There is a large smart TV and a wood burning fireplace should you come in the off season to watch the winter storms and curl up to the fireplace after. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare a light snack or a full meal. The coffee maker is both drip and pod. Kitchen table is great for eating your meals or playing games with friends The patio has an outdoor table and chairs along with a patio box that has tennis racquets/balls and racquetball racquets/balls. There is a propane BBQ as well. The patio walks out onto a nice grassy area. Complimentary WIFI

The clubhouse is a bit dated but is to have a remodel in 2026. Currently there are shower rooms, a large heated indoor pool, a soaking hot tub which means no jets and a large area you can reserve with a kitchen for special events.

This is the perfect place for a couple or small family.
