The picture shown on Expedia is so misleading!! The grounds around are not taking care of you can see when you are staying on the upper floors that the air-conditioning units the casings around them are laying on top of the roof below as well as roofing shingles. We had a king room we walked in and there were bunkbeds. I asked about them and they said they didn’t have another room that they could put us in or move those beds out so our room ended up being a lot smaller than anticipated. The hallway of the hotel the carpet in the room smelled musty. It does not feel very safe. There are parts of the parking lot that are not lit up. Every time we would leave and come back there would be young people older teens maybe early 20s standing at the doors just hanging out around the motel. Never again we thought that oozing a Holiday Inn would be a safe bet since they are normally really good places to stay this is the exception. Do not recommend.

If you’re going to charge extra for the kids to be allowed to eat breakfast (only 2 people get the included breakfast) then you really need to make it a little extra nice. I would have thought it was fine but since I had to pay extra I was annoyed that the eggs and potatoes were cold and I had to ask for a cup and utensils

Comfortable stay.

We enjoy staying at this hotel. Anytime we are flying through the Birmingham airport, this is where we stay. Very comfortable and clean. Everyone is very nice and professional. The breakfast is very good and fresh. However, it takes WAY TOO LONG to get an omelet. We each ordered an omelet. The lady there told us to go ahead and get the rest of our food from the buffet. We ate this part of our breakfast and then waited and waited AND WAITED. My husband got his omelet first. And then we waited again. By the time mine came out, his was cold. The omelets were good, but the wait was way too long.

This is a very not well kept hotel in a shady area of town. Literally had to walk through a cloud a marijuana stench tk check in.

Great beds with poor service!

Breakfast service was completely in professional. No signage for cost or posting that a voucher is required. Servers were snappy and discussing problems with staff loudly. This needs to be corrected immediately! I was surprised by this because of how professional the dinner service was. Fix it!
