Delightful Place To Stay

Thank you so much for making our stay a week ago now such a wonderful one! The kitchen/restaurant staff were especially friendly and conversational, making our dining experience an extra pleasant one. Not to mention the food is delicious anyway. Beds are comfortable, everything is clean and tidy, house keeping did a good job servcing the room as usual, and even the manager was extra helpful and friendly, taking personal time out of his day to help us out with a couple small things. We always enjoy staying at the Holiday Inn Express at the Birmingham Airport whenever we are traveling in the area. Thanks again and God bless!

We had a fun time swimming at the hotel's pool. It was so nice to be able to go for a swim.

Would not stay - even with airport location

While the staff was friendly, I had to wait for someone to get back from the restroom to check in. She stated that she was the only one there - but then another staff member walked up to help the person behind me. There was male genitalia carved into the elevator wall. The hotel was stuffy smelling and dark. Major renovations to the facilities needed.

Quick and easy stay

This trip was a turn and burn for a concert and short drive from Atlanta. It was busy but check-in wasn’t too bad. Parking was adequate as well. The hallways of the 3rd floor felt like there was heat running also in our bathroom I could feel heat coming from the vent. Overall it was a comfy stat for one night.

Horrible hotel.

Rooms were very old, musty and smelly. Furniture wasn’t updated. Bathtub looked like it was 50 plus years old. Mildew on ceiling in bathroom.

This was a much older property. Needs some upgrades. Staff and workers were all great. Hallway air conditioning did not work. Very good breakfast, however you must purchase. Erika sis a great job with the breakfast buffet. Holiday inns are usually top notch. This one wa not.

I love this place!!!
