The room was ok. The shampoo bottle was missing, only conditioner was present. The bed was on Breakfast was excellent The clerk that checked me in was not very friendly. Did not say hello. Did not smile.

We had a total of 3 rooms, first thing my daughter saw was a roach run from my son's room to hers, our room smelled horribly as if someone lived in in long term with a dog that urinated. The tubs were all rusty & worn. The elevator certificate was expired by 7 months, the indoor pool was closed (not disclosed). Overall just a horrible experience, cannot recommend anyone stay here!

Bed was very uncomfortable. There was rust in the bathtub. The bathroom was set up quite well for accessibility. Why is a handicap room on the 2nd floor? How do we get out if there is a fire or elevator goes out. Room anf facility was clean.

Staff were great! We asked to move to another room after checking in due to needing a walk-in shower and were accommodated right away. The room was a bit outdated and some of the furniture needs replacing but it was adequate for our stay.

The deadbolt on the door did not work. Trash from previous people in the trashcan. Faucet in the shower was falling apart. This was the third time staying as we often have had a good experience when passing through to Florida. We won’t stay again.
