Book Birkesdorf hotels

You pay what you get. It's a budget hotel with bare minimal amenities available. No kettle for hot drinks in the room. No air-conditioning, only blasting heat from the unit (lowest I can set was 26C) Opening the window is the only option for ventilation. It's especially hard when it's pollen season and it's noisy as people were hanging out outside the building. There was a large clump of hair stuck on the wall hanger in the room. We're pretty grossed out. One overnight short is more than enough for us.

The only thing I missed was a small fridge in the room

We’re always happy to stay at the H+ Hotel in Hürth when we travel. We know what to expect, and the kids are familiar with the rooms and breakfast—they even have their favourite foods now. The location is great: it’s not far from the motorway and is close to local shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We’re looking forward to staying here again.

Easy to find, plenty of parking (€5 per night), lovely receptionist with easy check in, plenty of space in the room, clean with a comfy bed and pillows. Clean bathroom with free toiletries and great shower. Only thing I didn't like was the scratchy carpet but that's hardly a big deal. 15 min walk to the tram stop into Cologne, easy to do!

There was a brown insect crawling over my wife’s face ant it wake her up. Upon closer inspection there’s were black spots all over my side on the bed’s sheet. It was just disfigusting.

Breakfast was excellent and delectable.
