The hotel check in was great.. the whole stay was excellent but the room are designed for you not to be in the room while you’re there the tv didn’t have any channels and it was old wasn’t even a smart tv so I didn’t watch tv at night when it was relaxing time. The pool experience was the best although the margaritas wasnt that good. Overall I had a good time

This was a great place to stay with the kids. The pool, the pier, the games- everything was great except the food. We had terrible staff and service in the restaurants. We got microwaved food and cold food. Was very disappointed. Would definitely come back but would never pay to eat there again.

Nice, but way too expensive.

Very nice hotel with many great amenities. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We checked in a couple of hours early and were charged $28 fee. We opted out of housekeeping for $20 in arcade bucks and were told at check in that we would get daily garbage and fresh towels, which did not happen. It is also so expensive for everything. This hotel nickel and dimes you for everything, including $50 a person to use the pool. We also had to pay an additional $190 in taxes and fees for just 3 days on top of the hotel stay we paid thru hotels.com. Just for 3 days for the room and fees we paid $898.00, not including food or amenities. Unfortunately we will be looking for a different hotel for next summer.

Stay was ok. This place does nickel and dime you for everything. We had to pay extra to check in early and had to pay for cream to put in coffee. The servers in the restaurants and bars were extremely nice though. Front desk staff were not very friendly.

Least favorite of 3 Margaritaville I stayed at

We had to switch rooms at first. First room had a wadded up dirty tissue on the floor earrings, Barbie toy,in main room and popcorn kernel in bathroom. Second room had raggedy towels with holes amd AC that never stopped blowing right on the bed which mad for uncomfortable sleeping, the free beer or wine that was offered in my room rate that I paid for was no longer available so I was given two coffees instead but one adult doesn’t drink coffee. Not sure how they no longer have beer or wine when I was able to buy beers for $6 at the bar. Pool was over crowded and we couldn’t find chairs or tubes the day of check in. Was fine morning of check out before the crowds. Longe chairs a bit raggedy and dated as well. Pool murky. Arcade was best I have ever been in. Pricey but normal pricey.

The room was fine. Nothing over the top for the price. The bathroom floor and shower floor was not clean. The complimentary water bottles were nice but most hotels have the standard (not mini) size. The drapes would not close on the end so had a stream of light in all night. The pool area was fun and the best part of the stay.
