The hotel served its purpose as a place for me and my daughter to stay while my son was getting married over in Watkins Glen. It was generally very quiet with only a couple yet typical disturbances of other guests closing doors too hard or talking while walking down the hall.
We are from Texas and didnt know what to expect.
The room wad generally clean but beds were much softer than expected, almost as if cheap mattresses were used. Nonetheless the confort didnt pose as much problem as we expected.
My one disappointment/complaint was the lack of an area near or adjacent to the checkin desk that had cold drinks/snacks/quick meal/toiletries available for purchase or that could be added to the hotel charge.
A Laquinta Inn we frequent in Mesquite just outside of Dallas has always had that service.
Granted there are soda machines at this hotel in the hallway. I guess its a matter of this service being made available at the front desk to all guests is what would have really sold it for me.
Otherwise a nice hotel
