I booked the hotel for a work trip so budget was in mind. Having seen that the hotel had an overall rating of 7 and GOOD I thought it would be ok, but nothing swanky. On arrival I was disappointed, yes I knew it was on an estate but it is rough. Broken wall on entry and an old mattress by the bins ...

The room was dated, the carpets were stained and the room dusty. The staff were unhelpful. There was no safety hand rail in the bath/shower to facilitate safely getting out of the bath/shower. The noise from the entertainment below the room was horrendous and unexpected as no warning of live music ...
