Book Bhilad hotels

Was there for an overnight stay w/ my mom. The resort was beautiful & atmoshere serene. Wish i would've brought my swimsuit. The pool was huge & clean! Cleanest pool and grounds! The only 2 things I would change is the condition of the rooms. Not so bad. But not so good either. Need some updates. 2ndly, wish they offered driver accommodations. Our driver had to go on his own to find accommodations. Shower itself was refreshing. Tons of activities onsite. Will definitly be visiting again soon with kids & husband.

Grounds around the hotel were clean and well kept. Rooms were clean and well furnished.

Clean room and courteous staff

Horrible hotel. Worse that a guest house. Everything is run down. Desperately needs a renovation. Bad location. Very difficult to get in.

The property has nice rooms, a good pool and a reasonably fair restaurant. The approach road is not good, parking is not enough and some of the staff are indifferent. Their breakfast team was struggling to manage the guests. Our check in and check out experience was poor. They did not have complete info at check in - they said they have confirmation of only one room when we had booked two rooms. They found the 2nd room booking after a lot of effort. Someone parked their car blocking my car and our check out was delayed by 30 mins approx. People kept shouting in corridors even at late night. Washroom jet was too strong - potentially enough to create injury. Overall, we were not impressed
