inoubliable séjour au milieu des vignes

hôtel fantastique, parfaitement bien restauré a partir d'une vieille bâtisse. le confort, la taille des chambre, la déco, la cuisine ... tout a été parfait au point de nous inciter a prolonger notre séjour. le personnel est très sympathique et décontracté tout en restant professionnel. le climat de novembre ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine, mais le spa est d'autant plus apprécié.

The hotel staff were nice but very inexperienced. They have NOT been given good systems and instructions to work with. They lost our dinner reservation at the on site restaurant after confirming it the SAME day. The waiter at the restaurant was very rude and dismissive. VERY LAME considering its really not such a high end place. They should not pretend like they are a fancy restaurant in Paris (actually I've never had a problem like this in Paris). Hope they solve these issues.. we love the location and the young people at the reception and breakfast we so nice.. we want to give this place another chance..
