This is a lovely spot. Easy parking, super staff. The dryer was not working and I did not have time to line dry. The staff were super helpful at letting me use an in house machine to dry the clothes. Also the room is well decorated. The kitchen was in an alcove at the back making it feel like a little apartment. Lots of space for luggage. Thanks!

Modern clean spacious room in the new block of the hotel. Balcony with seating and sea view. Nice touches which were unexpected were the beach towels and simple breakfast provisions of muesli and croissants. The adjacent hotel had a large bar and dining area so everything on hand but no noise problems.

Things didn't quite work out as planned however the outcome was amazing, Kathleen went above and beyond what was necessary and made us feel absolutely safe reassured that they would reverse the entire transaction, we did get to see this place and those images do no justice, it felt like we were in Japan somewhere it was amazing, thanks again for all your efforts.

An incredibly peaceful place, so comfortable and perfectly placed to enjoy glimpses of the ocean but best of all to watch for hours the natural activity on the reserve directly in front, the birdlife was extraordinary. Thankyou for allowing us to stay in this special place!

Location was perfect and central to everything Bermagui had to offer. Host was very easy to communicate with. The beach house was clean and tidy, beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately there's no air conditioning or ceiling fans in the beach house and the bathroom and curtains could do with an update. Wi-fi would also be beneficial and a separate Bbq so you don't have to share with the other guests. Overall the accommodation met our requirements.
