Schwerin, 130 kilometres northeast, and Kiel, located 170 kilometres to the north, are two excellent cities that are just a day trip away from Bergen.

Escape on a trip to some nearby natural sights. 45 kilometres out of Bergen, Silbersee is all yours to discover. Tiergarten Hannover, 50 kilometres away, is another a popular place to immerse yourself in nature.

Make your stay an enlightening one with a historical tour of the Bergen-Belsen Memorial.

Be sure to go to other close-by attractions, such as the Hosseringen Museum and the Albert König Museum. These are located 19 kilometres east in Unterluess.
