The spa and pool are fantastic, especially the heated outdoor pool and the variety of saunas (including one with a terrace view!). We loved the child-friendly pools and the fully protected indoor play area.
The hotel had wonderful Christmas/New Year decorations, creating a mood and giving us wonderful photos.
The service was outstanding. Our child was delighted by the small toy gift at check-in, and we received complimentary drinks from the mini-bar. Also, we were generously granted a one-hour late check-out.
The dining experience was excellent, featuring a wide menu selection and particularly delicious desserts. A minor suggestion for improvement, but we missed having tea offered with dinner (our half-board booking included dinner).
The proximity to the Roman tower is a plus. We easily reached the top of the hill to explore and enjoy the beautiful views.
