It is an exclusive residential complex that offers you the opportunity to enjoy a unique holiday in a singular location right on the seafront, overlooking the Levante Beach, with panoramic views of the Benidorm bay.

Our holiday apartments are distributed in two large blocks equipped with a concierge with security control, high-speed lift and parking spaces.

The apartments satisfy the most demanding desires in terms of quality, design and amenities; as well as the last opportunity to stay in a brand new apartment, right on the seafront in Benidorm, with luxury comfort.

Important information about the arrival time:

Our check-in time is from 4pm to 7pm from Monday to Sunday, if you arrive outside of this time, please note that the following surcharge will be charged for late check-in:

- 8pm to 10pm: €30 surcharge
- 10:01pm to 12:00am: €50 surcharge
- 12:01am to 9:00am (the following day): €100 surcharge

This amount will be charged the day after arrival or, failing that, will be deducted from the deposit.
