Book Benfu hotels

Friendly staff with excellent service, clean room and very good breakfast buffet..8-) The hotel has a laundry room which is a big plus. Nearby Kausiung Metro station is convenient, similar to the one in Taipei, but in a smaller scale.

The rooms were nice and clean and a lot roomy. The staff was very cooperative, though a bit of language challenge they did fantastic. Also the laundry service was quick. Only if they can have bigger shower & toilet area.

Centrally located. Clean, modern and spacious rooms. Attentive and helpful staff. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

U don’t get what you pay for. 5 star hotel price, the room is extremely ill Designed and cramped. Cleaning is really subpar, there’s no laundry, small gym. Service was no better than hotel half the price. Doesn’t feel like u r at a 5 star hotel. Except when looking at credit card statement. The location is however very nice

Loved this little gem of a hotel. It was spacious, clean, good location and a lovely balcony to sit and watch the sunset. Really enjoyed our stay here.

No one stationed at reception. So there was some difficulty checking in and again some difficulty later trying to get the wifi password. The pictures on expedia must have been when the property was brand new. It has since aged considerably and is definitely showing it's age. Furthermore, there was some dog poop which hadn't been cleaned and must have sat there for 24 hours. We never used the pool as we doubted it's cleanliness. Overall, disappointing to be honest. Not keen to go back.
