A stay at this farm stay places you in the heart of Walker, a short 3-minute walk from Leech Lake and within 5 minutes by car from Benedict Lake.
Perfect location for our cycling trip. Trail at end of driveway. House was very clean, comfortable and inviting. Kitchen had everything needed if cooking at home. Yard was spacious and very quiet with nice fire pit area. Host responded quickly to my comments.

A stay at Walker Hotel places you in the heart of Walker, within a 15-minute walk of Leech Lake and Walker City Park.
I don't know what it's like in the summer, but in the winter they just don't seem to care. We got to the breakfast area a half hour after they said it opened and we had to plug in the toaster and turn on the waffle maker. No juice of any kind. very small selection of food.
