Come stay at our Craftsman Bungalow located in the heart of Bend's Historic District in Old Bend. Built in 1919, this home is on the National Historical Register. We kept the historical elements, but added modern conveniences like central air conditioning & heating, high-end dishwasher, new gas range, remote start gas fireplace and more. Sidewalks on our street make for safe & easy walking. Close to all the best that Bend offers but far enough away for quiet enjoyment! Walk to Downtown, Old Mill District, Crux & other breweries, Market of Choice, Jackson's Corner and more - all within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Bend's latest hot spot, The Box Factory, with restaurants, Immersion Brewing, Avid Cider, Spoked, Food carts, yoga and summer and winter sports gear rentals is also a 5 minute walk. Enjoy front porch sitting or relax in the private backyard. You truly get a feel for Bend and its residents in our vibrant neighborhood. Each of the 2 bedrooms has a memory foam queen bed with soft sheets and a comforter. In each bedroom closet, there is a rollaway twin bed that can be used for the 5th or 6th person (recommended for children and or small adults). The main bathroom is large and remodeled with a new walk-in shower. A second full bathroom was added in 2023 and has gorgeous period touches like marble tiling and a pedestal sink. The large remodeled basement offers room to spread out with sofa, large screen TV, beer fridge, dart board and washer and dryer machines. The private backyard has a brand new paver patio, lots of grass, a propane BBQ, comfortable seating, great sun exposure and a patio sail shades. The backyard is fully enclosed with a 6 ft fence making it dog friendly & kid safe. We also provide you with 2 five speed cruiser bikes to get around town.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. The vacation home has a memory foam bed. There's a private balcony or patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment.

Super Cute Bungalow in Great Location

We spent five days in Bend in this sweet little bungalow. It was super clean, comfortable and very tastefully upgraded and decorated. Check-in was easy with a coded lock on the front door. We really enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and relaxing in the backyard with our books. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking in. Due to an injury, we were mainly there to relax - couldn’t do much hiking or walking - and this was a perfect place for it. We did manage to get out for some food and drink. We always dine at Wild Rose Thai. If you go there be sure to try the Thangwa. So good. Bonta Gelato was fabulous; we had drinks at Ladybird - well-crafted cocktails, excellent happy hour and cool vibe/decor. Bar RBC was also a nice spot for a cocktail. Beers at Monkless are always delicious, and we visited Van Henion Brewing, which also has tasty beer, and if you go there, be sure to get the Detroit-style deep-dish pizza from Chonie’s food cart onsite. Out of this world!! We hope to stay here the next time we visit Bend.

Spring break in Bend

Our week in the bungalow was so lovely. Not only is the home comfortable and so nicely set up… But also, there was walking access to a great market, the teenagers happily and safely roamed all over downtown Bend and it was quick access to hit the slopes up at Mt. Bachelor. We would surely stay again.

A little gem near everything.

Fantastic house. Well stocked, nicely done, really comfortable beds. Walking distance to Downtown, The Box Factory, Market of Choice, Crux Brewery. This is my favorite part of Bend to stay in. This will be my go to place to stay when my wife and I visit again.

Perfect location

The house has a lot of charm, we hung out of the front porch and read our books and had a glass of wine. We used the hot tub a couple of times and sat out on the patio in the evening when it was so hot back there. I don’t think you could find a place so convenient for everything, easy walk to downtown Bend and all its restaurant and easy walk to the riverfront for morning walks and afternoon bike rides. Great grocery just three blocks away

Bend at its best

Great home with character in older and lovely neighborhood. We walked almost everywhere.. downtown, the river, Aliana for dinner. Loved sitting in the front porch and in the back yard. Kitchen well stocked, great washer/dryer, and a supply of towels!

Wonderful Home in a Great Location!!

Great spot in Bend, Oregon

Such a charming little Craftsman bungalow with all the amenities you need and in a great location. Walking distance to Jackson Corner - a cute local place for breakfast and lunch; around the corner from Boneyard Brewing; two blocks from the Market of Choice - an upscale grocery store; and walkable to the Mill District, River trail; and downtown Bend. We’d definitely stay again next time we’re in Bend.

Birthday Weekend

My mom and I came to Bend to celebrate her birthday with family and friends. We had a gathering in the backyard of the bungalow. It turned out exactly how I had pictured it. We BBQ’d and had cake and presents and the evening was perfect. We even a rousing card game around the dining room table. I loved the material on the chairs! The kitchen is pretty well outfitted. The rooms were comfortable. Enjoyed our stay immensely. All our family loved the place.

Memorial Day Baseball Tournament

We stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend. This is a lavely place and a quiet neighborhood. It is very close to the downtown, river, and river shops/restaurants. We walked to the James Taylor concert at the amphitheater. While parking is on the street, that was not a problem at al. The house updated and everything was very comfortable. The new laundry appliances came worked great to wash our sons ball gear between games. The backyard is private and wondersful. The host was very generous with what they provided. The little things matter, shampoo, towels, cleaning supplies, bedding, coffee maker and kitchen appliances etc. Thank you so much for being such a big part of a great long weekend in Bend!

Craftsman Charm with Convenient Location

The bungalow is bright and airy with a well maintained yard on a lovely and quiet street in a convenient section of Old Bend. There is ample street parking as well. It’s no surprise that there are so many other 5 star reviews. Check in and out couldn’t have been easier and the communication with host was quick and accommodating. All this made for a very enjoyable stay in Bend.

Absolutely loved this place!

This place is awesome! Location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Only 1/2 mile to downtown Bend. The market was a block or so away so very easy to grab anything we needed. Meg was super responsive too! Home was furnished very nicely.
