When you stay at SOL by Meliá Phu Quoc in Phu Quoc, you'll be on the waterfront, within a 15-minute drive of Phu Quoc Night Market and Phu Quoc Beach.
It is not a 5-star hotel, not even close. It is an older hotel and needs a total renovation. It is a trap and in the middle of no where, no shops or restaurants nearby. We had to utilize their food service and it was pricey. The only positive for us was the pool.
