The service is outstanding thanks to the staff!

My fiancée and I chose this destination as a midway point to meet and spend time together. Individually, our travel conditions were absolutely horrible. We were delayed by a day, and my luggage was lost. The hotel staff at Mazagan and the concierge did everything they could to accommodate us and make up for the negativities of our overall experience even though it was not the fault or responsibility of the hotel or their staff. I am extremely grateful for their kindness and expertise. If not for their sincere and caring personnel, this trip would have been extremely negatively impacted. I cannot recommend the Mazagan strongly enough for that resson. I will offer some critique though - no shisha (in the entire region), no jacuzzi, no hot tub. One pool and the water at this time of year was very cold. Technically there are two pools, but one os for children. Otherwise... an amazing experience. Make your reservations, you won't regret it!

Very cool and quiet place

Host was very accommodating and checked us in even though we arrived well after hours. He was always there to help if we needed something. The setting was beautiful, serene, and easy to find.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful renovated house with a magnificent view on the river. The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, pool,… all is well decorated with respect for the character of the house. A hidden gem. The old city of Azemmour is not very touristic, but the more an authentic place. The inhabits are very nice and helpful. A place to discover. The more you walk in the old streets and narrow allees towards the river, the mire you see the beauty of it and how it must have look line in glorious times.
